Physical Therapist

Your caseload includes: post-operative orthopedic patients. Total joint replacements. Neck and back pain. Spine rehabilitation. Manual therapy patients. Sports injuries. General musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Responsibilities include: evaluate and treat orthopedic patients. Develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based one-on-one care. Utilize manual therapy techniques when appropriate. Educate patients and families. Document care using EMR. Collaborate with an experienced rehabilitation team. Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives.
