Materials Management Associate III

Job Overview Materials Management Associate – Level Three (MMIII) at PCI SanDiego, Inc. – responsible for the receipt, shipment, storage, and internal transfer of GMP materials in a temperature‑controlled warehouse environment, following PCI SanDiego’s Standard Operating Procedures and Good Documentation Practices. Responsibilities Participate in the management and processing of GMP materials. Maintain knowledge of required departmental and secondary SOPs and training curriculum. Perform materials management functions such as receiving incoming materials, inventory control, shipping materials, and related internal logistics tasks including material transfers. Complete and compare various documents to identify discrepancies and conduct reconciliations. Handle materials in different temperature environments and chemicals in controlled settings with proper PPE. Utilize materials‑management equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and narrow‑aisle machinery. Act as a subject‑matter expert within the department. Attend regularly on a full‑time basis. Exhibit professional behavior towards internal and external business associates, reflecting PCI Pharma Services values. Frequently required to sit and reach to use computers and other office equipment. Constantly stand or walk for extended periods of time, up to four (4) hours per shift. Constantly required to view objects at close and distant ranges with hand and eye coordination. Frequently required to utilize various types of equipment. Compensation & Benefits The hiring rate for this position is $24.08 – $27.09 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
