Registered Nurse – Outpatient Pediatric Primary Care Manhattan, NY | Top NYC Health System | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Position Overview A premier NYC health system is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Pediatric Primary Care team in Manhattan. This role supports pediatric patients across wellness, preventive, and acute care visits while serving as a key liaison between providers, patients, and families. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient primary care setting. Perform patient assessments, screenings, immunizations, and medication administration. Triage patient concerns and respond to clinical inquiries from patients and families. Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, specialty consultations, and follow-up care. Educate families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and multidisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC. Qualifications Active New York State RN license. BSN preferred. BLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years of pediatric, ambulatory, primary care, or related nursing experience.
