In addition, this person will also assist with general Warehouse duties as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core BehaviorsResponsible for promoting culture of safetyDeliver and pick-up customer products in a timely mannerPerform daily safety inspections Verify signatures and appropriate paperwork is collectedNotify appropriate supervisory personnel of any discrepancies in a timely mannerReceive and verify incoming shipments against packing slipsAccurately sort, maintain, and stage productPut away stock ensuring proper labeling and placementReceive purchase orders, pick product and package for shippingCheck items to be shipped against picking ticket to assure quantities, destinations and routing are correctPerform other duties as assignedPerform all work in accordance to ISO processes and procedures QUALIFICATIONS: Must be proficient with knowledge of routesMust have strong customer service skillsMust have excellent time management skillsMust be able to communicate effectivelyMust have knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma requiredNo previous experience is required; 1-3 years experience ispreferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Must have valid driver’s license WORK ENVIRONMENT:Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer or other equipment.Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _50_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision. PPE REQUIRED:Eye protection, hearing protection, foot protection with metatarsal guard, puncture proof gloves.
