The Assistant Director will lead Customer Development and Project Management, overseeing major customer connections, infrastructure expansion, and strategic initiatives while serving as a key member of the utility's executive leadership team. The ideal candidate brings significant electric utility leadership experience, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, strategic vision, and a proven ability to lead organizational growth, develop high-performing teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
