Maintain Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards.Essential Job FunctionsCommitment to SafetyDemonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety.Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process.Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities.Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.Operate set (s) of looms.
