About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Workforce Development and Industry Solutions in the food and beverage sector. The successful candidate will be a visionary and entrepreneurial leader responsible for shaping the future of talent in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. This role involves leading a global strategy for workforce development, professional learning, and employer partnerships, with a focus on expanding the company's impact through initiatives like industry collaborations and innovative workforce solutions. The Vice President will also be tasked with positioning the company as a thought leader in the future of work, driving go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the financial performance and governance of the portfolio. Candidates for this executive position should have a relevant degree, a strong alignment with the company's mission, and at least 10 years of senior leadership experience. Key qualifications include a proven track record in workforce development, professional education, and scalable B2B/B2C programs, as well as expertise in building cross-sector partnerships. The role requires a strategic builder with a strong execution and financial acumen, digital fluency, and a focus on designing engaging customer and learner experiences. The Vice President will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, oversee operations, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality programs that meet the needs of the industry.
