Always Best Care Senior Services Charleston is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care and companionship to seniors throughout the Charleston & Lowcountry area.
This could be a great fit if you:
• Have school-aged children and want to work while they're in school
• Are retired and want to stay active while earning some extra income
• Have another job but have time available during the day
• Are looking for part-time work without late-night shifts
• Simply prefer morning and afternoon hours
New to caregiving? That's okay! We provide paid training, ongoing support, and the guidance you need to feel comfortable and confident in your role.
If you have a few hours to give, we'd love to help you find a schedule that works for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a caregiver, you’ll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Responsibilities may include:
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with walking and mobility
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Running errands or grocery shopping
- Providing companionship and conversation
What We’re Looking For:
- Caring, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication with good time-management skills
- Physically able to assist clients safely
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Comfort working around pets
- No senior care experience required — we provide paid training for the right candidate
Perks + Pay:
- $16-$18/hour, paid weekly
