About the Position

Job Title

CT Tech - Radiology Unit (CT/Rad Tech)

Location

Satanta, KS

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4 days / 10 hours, Monday – Thursday | On-call: Monday, Tuesday, and 2 weekends per rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using a 64-slice Siemens CT machine
• Operate and perform diagnostic imaging in an x-ray room using portable x-ray equipment and C-arm
• Conduct DEXA bone density scans using a Norland DEXA machine
• Document and chart patient imaging data using Cerner electronic health records system
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned, including designated weekdays and weekends

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas State (KSBHA) Radiology license required at time of submission
• ARRT certification required at time of submission
• AHA BLS certification required
• Hands-on experience with Siemens imaging equipment
• Experience with CT imaging (64-slice), portable x-ray, C-arm, and DEXA scanning

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Formal CT certification in addition to general radiology credentials
• Prior experience charting in Cerner
