Key Responsibilities\nAs a Remote Mental Health Counselor at LifeLong Health Care Inc., your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing ethical and empathetic mental health counseling through secure video chat, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported. \n
- Conducting comprehensive assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and challenges. \n
- Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term mental health goals. \n
- Facilitating workshops or skill-building sessions, focusing on coping strategies, problem-solving methods, and effective communication techniques. \n
- Regularly monitoring client progress with follow-up assessments and adapting treatment plans as necessary. \n
The primary focus of our counseling services is low-acuity adults who can benefit from mental health support. These individuals may be dealing with anxiety, mild depression, life adjustments, relationship issues, and other manageable mental health challenges. Your role will be vital in helping them develop the skills and confidence to navigate these challenges.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

- A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- A current state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, with the ability to practice independently without supervision. \n
- No history of disciplinary actions associated with licensure. \n
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and computer literacy to engage effectively with clients using virtual platforms. \n
- A stable Wi-Fi connection to support video conferencing sessions and timely communication. \n
While not mandatory, the following experience can significantly enhance your application:

- Previous experience in an outpatient mental health counseling setting. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
