Onboarding Experience Specialist

Leading the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, the full-time remote Onboarding Experience Specialist will manage onboarding execution, field travel logistics, and training coordination while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Own and oversee the onboarding strategy, advising new hires and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process Coordinate and host virtual training sessions for new hires, ensuring readiness for field deployment Establish and manage travel logistics for the field team, ensuring cost optimization and policy compliance Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in onboarding, operations coordination, HR support, or administrative operations preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of formulas and reporting tools Experience supporting distributed or field-based teams preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
