Overview:

Wage: 23.55 per hour
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 11PM to 7AM.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
• Ability to read and interpret production reports and worksheets
• Strong attention to detail for quality checks and order specifications
• Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members
• Ability to stand and walk constantly, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience
• SAP experience
• Prior experience in a food production or packaging environment
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Ability to promote and model teamwork in a collaborative setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience working in manufacturing or production environments is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to handle materials from floor-to-waist and overhead
• Adherence to strict safety policies, including wearing hair nets, ear protection, hardhats, and safety glasses as required
• Excellent history of attendance and longevity with previous employers
• Comfortable working in environments with temperatures between 50-60°F
