Job Description

Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced  Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join a busy Orthopedic Trauma practice in an outpatient-focused role. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, no call responsibilities, and a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule:

• Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
\n
• Friday: 8:00 AM 11:30 AM
\n
• No call required
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide outpatient orthopedic trauma follow-up care
\n
• Perform pre-operative evaluations for surgical patients
\n
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care
\n
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
\n

Practice Environment:

\n
• Established orthopedic trauma program
\n
• Support from LPN and Medical Assistant
\n
• Team-oriented and collaborative setting
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
\n
• Active DEA license required
\n
• Experience in Orthopedics and/or Trauma
\n
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
\n
