Shop Location: Bridgeton, MO Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Salary – Paid Weekly Bachelor’s Degree Required Operations Management Trainee (OMT) The OMT is an 18‑month structured, comprehensive training program designed to develop leadership and operational knowledge. The position involves working collaboratively with different teams to gain insights into the business, processes, and strategies to align with customer retention, operational excellence, and metrics. It offers an opportunity to utilize problem‑solving abilities, receive mentorship and training, and prepare for career advancement. Essential Functions Provide quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the rental department to ensure maximum utilization without compromising lease customers. Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction. Manage running costs and maintenance overheads, ensuring policies and processes are followed to optimize costs. Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate PM scheduling, follow‑up on breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility. Additional Responsibilities Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is required. Perform other duties as assigned. Effective interpersonal skills and influencing ability. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, Required. 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution experience, Preferred. Advanced PC knowledge, including spreadsheets and word processing software. Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics.
