Job Description Job Description Mechanical Engineer | $105,000–$115,000 (bonus eligible) | 100% Onsite | Dallas, TX 75247 (Regal Row area) What Matters Most Competitive pay range of $105,000–$115,000 (bonus eligible, discretionary) 100% onsite role in a true manufacturing/engineering environment (no hybrid/remote) Strong team culture with a “work hard, play hard” atmosphere and low-ego, team-first values Opportunity to step into a highly visible engineering role with long-term career growth potential Work on large-scale metal products used in industrial applications Job Description Join an established Engineering team supporting a growing metal manufacturing operation in Dallas This role is heavily design-focused (approximately 60%) and supports multiple projects from concept through prototype and fabrication Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and project leaders to deliver high-quality product designs and improvements Contribute to a succession plan within the engineering group, supporting knowledge transfer and long-term continuity Responsibilities Participate in the creative process to develop overall product design concepts Utilize internal and external resources to design (60%) and fabricate product components Oversee detailed design and detailing of prototype components Participate in defining new test protocols and methods Lead and/or participate in design reviews and collaborate with the design team Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) SolidWorks design experience (required) Approximately 10 years of mechanical engineering experience preferred Sheet metal manufacturing/engineering experience strongly preferred Ability to work fully onsite in Dallas, TX (75247) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating closely with operations Benefits and Perks Bonus eligible role (discretionary) Strong team environment and supportive leadership Opportunity to work on complex, large-scale engineered products Career growth potential within a stable, expanding organization Your New Organization This is a growing, team-oriented manufacturing organization known for a strong culture and leadership team. The base salary range for this position is $105K-$115K excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
