Facility Name: Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Worth Schedule: PRN As a Physical Therapist (PT) joining our team, you are part of Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health. Your role focuses on making communities healthier by providing exceptional care. How You'll Contribute Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
