About the Opportunity

Explore Industries periodically hires manufacturing professionals for a variety of production and support roles within our facilities. These positions play an important role in producing high-quality fiberglass pools, spas, swim spas, and auto pool covers, and related components.

Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may exist in areas such as:

• Fiberglass lamination
• Assembly and finishing
• Welding and fabrication
• Material preparation
• Foam and gelcoat applications
• Product handling and loading
• Quality inspection
• Warehouse and production support
• Sewing and fabric assembly
• Loading and distribution

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will vary by position but may include:

• Performing hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment
• Operating tools and equipment used in fiberglass, metal fabrication, or fabric assembly
• Following safety procedures and company quality standards
• Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Meeting production schedules and performance expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts across the production floor

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not always required
• Experience with fiberglass, composites, welding, fabrication, or sewing is a plus
• Ability to read basic instructions, follow procedures, and learn new processes
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required as required by the role
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may involve standing for extended periods and working in varying temperatures while following all safety and PPE requirements

Compensation

• Starting pay varies based on position and experience, typically ranging from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on experience and job-related skills.

• Performance is reviewed throughout your first year, with the opportunity for increases of up to 25% based on individual contribution and skill development.
