Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health is needed in Ottumwa, Iowa. This position involves providing care within a Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) and requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a BHU or psychiatric setting. The schedule is nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours minimum
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; ADN or BSN degree; 2+ years of experience in a Behavioral Health Unit or psychiatric setting; Mandatory reporter certification for Child and Adult abuse; vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tuberculosis within the last 12 months; ability to float within a 25-mile radius if required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MediTech electronic health record system; additional behavioral health certifications.
• Additional Information: May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility. No call requirements. Candidate must include the LifePoint Health candidate submission form, resume, candidate self-assessment skills checklist, and vaccination records with submission.
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
