We invite you to become a part of our expanding family. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions. Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis. Qualifications and Requirements Graduated from an accredited LPN program. Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state, with an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout your employment. Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing. CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment. Specific Job Expectations Make independent decisions when necessary.
