Carma is hiring a Founding Full‑Stack Engineer to own product surfaces end‑to‑end — from ambiguous problem statement to scoped design to shipped enterprise software. Work on a TypeScript end‑to‑end stack (React, NestJS, PostgreSQL + Prisma, AWS). Ship a feature in the morning; a fleet manager in the field is using it within the hour.
