Nephrology NP/PA Opening Coeur d'Alene, IDSpokane 30mFull Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantPosition Highlights:- Full-time outpatient Nephrology opportunity- Provide care for in-center dialysis patients across multiple dialysis units- Round on dialysis patients three times monthly- Monitor fluid balance and dialysis clearance parameters- Manage vascular access and blood pressure- Evaluate electrolyte abnormalities- Manage bone and mineral disorders, nutrition, and anemia- Address treatment adherence and social barriers impacting dialysis care- Manage and reconcile dialysis-related medications- Write dialysis orders for new patients and short-term travelers- Respond to missed or shortened treatments, concerning vital signs, and urgent clinical issues- Coordinate emergency care and hospital transfers when necessary- Collaborate closely with attending Nephrologists- Opportunity to provide autonomous, team-based patient care- Epic EMRQualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Active or eligible Idaho NP or PA license- Dialysis, Nephrology, Internal Medicine, or other medical specialty experience preferred but not required- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills- Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered careCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive compensation with salary guarantee- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance- Life insurance- CME allowance- Generous employer retirement contribution- Professional liability insurance with tail coverage
