SUD Care Navigator & Authorization Specialist

DWIHN is seeking a SUD Technician to conduct brief screenings, file e-records, and provide authorization and care management services under the Call Center Director's supervision. Responsibilities include utilization management for outpatient, withdrawal, and residential authorizations, determining levels of care, initiating referrals, and conducting initial intakes.
