• 8 - 12 shifts per month, 24 hour shifts
• 24 hour shifts, 7am - 7am, max 3 consecutive shifts
• Group handles approximately 2,000 deliveries annually
• Hospital performs 3,135 deliveries per year
• Required: vaginal deliveries, C-sections, emergent GYN
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
