Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care and support to tenants within the assisted living community.

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

- Monitor and assess residents' health status, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members-including physicians, therapists, and caregivers-to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.

- Educate residents and their families about individual health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive health measures.

- Accurately document nursing care and maintain up-to-date, complete tenant records in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Participate actively in staff meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

- Uphold all federal, state, and organizational regulations and standards to maintain regulatory compliance and promote resident safety.

Requirements:

- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.

- Prior experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or senior care environments is preferred.

- Demonstrated clinical skills, with a strong focus on geriatric and resident-centered care.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with effective interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
