Sales Manager

Position Purpose: As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing and driving performance across a team of sales representatives while building strong relationships with your team and customers. Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Regularly review, share, and communicate sales results to drive accountability and performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve selling effectiveness and execution in the field.
• Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and team meetings to reinforce priorities and identify growth opportunities.
• Track and analyze sales performance using data and reporting tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow same store sales and acquire new business.
• Ensure alignment and execution of company programs, initiatives, and selling strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and support the team in managing customer partnerships.
• Oversee accounts receivable performance, ensuring sales reps are actively collecting balances and maintaining accounts within established credit terms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and support teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.

Driving Travel Required: This role requires frequent travel to and from customer locations across the assigned sales territory. Regular day travel with occasional overnight stays is expected.
