Candlewood Suites St. Charles is looking for a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team.

This position is scheduled for two overnight shifts per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet environment while providing exceptional guest service. As the Night Auditor, you will oversee hotel operations during the overnight hours, including front desk responsibilities, guest assistance, completion of the nightly audit, financial reporting, and ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable making independent decisions. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required based on business needs.

$17 hourly

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Prepare and distribute daily reports
• Answer phone calls and make reservations as needed
• Conduct routine property walks to ensure guest safety and security
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate important information to management and incoming staff
• Assist with laundry

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
