Supporting a dynamic and growing division, you'll gain broad exposure to market strategy, business operations, product portfolio decisions, and new market development while working in a highly visible role that directly influences business outcomes.What You Will DoPartnering with business, operations, and supply chain leaders to measure and refine strategic choicesIdentifying and assessing business profit drivers and return on investmentAssessing existing business performance and identifying new growth opportunities and profit improvementsDeveloping point-of-view and strategies to address new markets, product segments, and business modelsLeading industry research to inform market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive analysisBuilding acquisition strategies & landscapes, including exposure to origination, analysis, diligence, and closePreparing and presenting management and board-level materialsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a similarly analytical business environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and translate data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior leaders and executivesProven ability to think strategically and frame business decisions, tradeoffs, and opportunitiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWhat Will Put You AheadExperience conducting market research and competitive analysisExperience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or technology industriesFinancial modeling, business case development, or scenario analysis experienceStrong business acumen and economic thinkingNatural curiosity and a bias toward data-driven decision makingFor this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
