Project Manager / Data Centers / North Carolina

Responsibilities Lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety and overall project performance Coordinate CSA, MEP, commissioning and specialist contractor activities throughout the project lifecycle Drive programme milestones and ensure critical path activities are achieved Lead client, contractor and consultant meetings while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Manage project risks, procurement activities, commercial performance and project reporting Ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements Support commissioning, turnover and project closeout activities Work closely with site teams to resolve issues and maintain programme delivery Your Requirements Previous experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, semiconductor or advanced technology projects Strong project management experience from pre-construction through construction and commissioning Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships Strong understanding of CSA, MEP and commissioning workstreams Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate within fast-paced construction environments Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred Previous hyperscale data centre experience would be highly advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
