What You’ll Be Doing Providing advanced technical debugging support for Redhawk‑SC, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Setting up, validating, and reproducing customer flows to investigate and resolve complex issues. Collaborating with R&D teams to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Supporting certification and evaluation flows for digital design and power integrity tools. Extending support to global customers as needed, contributing to Synopsys’ worldwide reputation for excellence. The Impact You Will Have Empowering customers to maximize the performance and reliability of their designs through expert EM/IR analysis. Accelerating issue resolution by reproducing customer environments and providing actionable feedback for tool improvements. Enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing root causes in collaboration with R&D. Ensuring successful certification and evaluation processes, supporting customers in achieving compliance and performance targets. What You’ll Need Strong understanding of EM/IR analysis methodologies and challenges. Knowledge of design input formats and their application in power integrity analysis. Expertise in Linux environments, with scripting skills in Python or TCL preferred. Familiarity with foundry PDKs and certification flows for advanced semiconductor processes.
