Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator I to join their team. As a Purchasing Coordinator I, you will be part of the procurement department supporting the purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track purchase orders and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels
- Support the negotiation of prices and terms with vendors
- Contribute to process improvements within the purchasing function

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
