We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to help check materials, products, and production work to make sure everything meets company standards. This is a hands-on role that combines inspection, basic testing, documentation, teamwork, and computer work.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, products, and completed work for quality and consistency.
• Perform basic inspections, measurements, and quality tests using available tools and equipment.
• Compare products with company guidelines, samples, specifications, or instructions.
• Record inspection results, measurements, and any issues found.
• Report quality concerns and work with team members to help resolve them.
• Recheck products after corrections to make sure they meet requirements.
• Keep inspection records and other quality documents organized.
• Use a computer for basic data entry, reports, email, and quality records.
• Keep inspection tools clean and report any equipment problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous quality control, manufacturing, production, or inspection experience is welcome but not required.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and quality standards.
• Comfortable using basic tools and a computer.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work well with others.
• No advanced technical background is required; training can be provided.

Salary Range: $78,000 – $150,000 annually
