Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing tailored therapy services to clients within designated care pods, addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs.

  • Coordinating closely with patients’ primary care providers and other specialists to deliver integrated behavioral health care, thereby enhancing their overall wellness.

  • Monitoring patient progress by assessing changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects, ultimately striving for symptom reduction.
  • \n
  • Supporting medication management as prescribed by primary care providers, with a focus on adherence, side effects, and treatment efficacy.
  • \n
  • Utilizing a patient registry system to document encounters, track follow-ups, and re-engage patients who may be experiencing barriers to care.

  • Setting specific mutual self-management goals and interventions collaboratively with action-oriented patients to empower them in their treatment journey.

  • Adapting care plans for patients not responding to initial interventions, making necessary adjustments in medications or psychosocial treatments as required.

  • Engaging effectively with patients and their families to develop mutually agreeable care management plans that promote active participation in treatment decisions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Project Reach Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 , based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
