Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management services, connecting skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently hiring production workers to support key operations in both the printing and mailing departments for one of our valued partners. This is a dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for dependable individuals who thrive in collaborative settings and are open to cross-training. Pay: $15-$15.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate along the printing press line
• Stack printed cartons onto skids in preparation for shipment
• Load envelopes onto mailing machines
• Pack letters into USPS trays and secure with cardboard sleeves
• Stage completed trays on pallets for shipping

General Duties

• Rotate between departments as needed based on production schedules
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with quality and safety standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily output goals

Qualifications

• Recent related experience (min. 6 months)
• Be able to work 12 hour shifts, possibly 7 days a week. OT is a requirement.
• Flexibility to move between departments as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Availability to work weekends and shift based on project timelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
