Overview As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America, you will obtain Securities Industry licenses and receive dedicated training to become a client‑focused advisor. The role includes foundational advisory skills, client relationship development, and an introduction to bank and investment services. Key Responsibilities Obtain and maintain required industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, Series 66). Complete the SAFE Act registration and background check required for residential loan mortgage originations. Develop and nurture client relationships, assess financial needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. Deliver comprehensive client reviews, presentations, and financial guidance with confidence. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Maintain a results‑driven mindset and prioritize clients’ interests in a fast‑paced environment. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology and applications. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
