Medical Device AssemblerVolt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Westfield, IN 46074. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will:Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters under close supervision in a regulated manufacturing environment.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.Accurately complete paper and electronic documentation to maintain full product traceability and support quality investigations.Handle and assemble small components and precision parts, including work under a microscope.Communicate clearly and professionallyMaintain a positive, team-oriented attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.Adhere to all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols.Perform repetitive manual tasks such as grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and fine motor movements for extended periods.Sit or stand for prolonged periods while maintaining focus and attention to detail.This is a full time, contract opportunity.Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday to Friday2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Monday to FridayThe ideal candidate will have:Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required.Prior experience as a Medical Device Assembler or Production Assembler is requiredAbility to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and verbal directions.Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.Excellent manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small parts and tools.Comfortable performing prolonged microscope work.Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Previous cleanroom experience strongly preferred.Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
