Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of activities designed to facilitate the mental health and wellness of our clients, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

  • Implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that are evidence-based and tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards for compliance and quality assurance.

  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

  • Participating in regular case consultations, team meetings, and peer review sessions to discuss challenges, share insights, and promote best practices.

  • Providing education and support to clients and their families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources for informed mental health care decisions.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in psychotherapy.

  • Proven proficiency in delivering solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and therapeutic techniques.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have experience working in outpatient settings and have familiarity with telehealth services. Additionally, experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning would be beneficial.
