We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Spanish-speaking bilingual team player to join our team at Fall River Pawnbrokers & Jewelry in Central Falls as a Pawn Broker/ Sales Associate !

Responsibilities:

· Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales

· Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers

· Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions

· Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team

· Accurately handle cash and transactions

· Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products and other actions around the store as needed

Qualifications:

· Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)

· Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life

· Confidence in negotiating and problem-solving

· Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first

· Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math

This is a bilingual Spanish-speaking position
