Basic Qualifications Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives through the full project planning and execution lifecycle Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA) Experience applying lean principles to manufacturing operations with demonstrated performance improvement Experience leading cross-functional collaborative efforts Job Description You will be the Operations Engineer Staff (Level 4) for the Operations Engineering team which is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous‑improvement across LM Aero. Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement. Generate and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Guide project teams to identify solutions, implement changes, and drive initiatives to closure. Brief project status and results to leadership and key stakeholders. Coach and facilitate continuous‑improvement events, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to sustain change.
