Physician Assistant

Join a dynamic team as a Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute rehab center. Key Responsibilities Include Providing specialized PM&R services and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Managing conditions such as CVA, neurological disorders, and postoperative orthopedic cases. Tracking patient progress and addressing barriers to therapy, including pain and spasticity. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to culture-building and ongoing education. Ideal Candidates Will Have A passion for post-acute care and serving the geriatric population. SNF or post-acute experience preferred and confidence to work autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Valid Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or PA license in Kansas and ability to work in the U.S. Benefits Include Competitive salary ($75,000 - $95,000), bonus, and full malpractice coverage.
