Job Description & Requirements Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Clackamas, Oregon. Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/18/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment. Home health experience in Oregon required. BLS/CPR certification required (AHA or ARC accepted). Experience with patient subsequent visits and home health documentation required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between patient homes within Multnomah and Clackamas counties. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits. Preferred: Experience with HCHB (Homecare HomeBase) electronic documentation. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift: Evenings. Shift hours: 2000-0400. Weekly hours: 36 guaranteed per client notes. Coverage area: Multnomah and Clackamas counties; travel between patient homes required.
