Overview Weekend Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Hospice. Pay: $30 - $38 per hour. Job Type: Part Time, Weekends. Buena Vista Hospice (BV) serves the Ventura and Los Angeles Counties in California. Responsibilities Implement the plan of care initiated by the registered nurse. Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care. Collect assessment data and perform observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s). Participate in coordination of home health services with an interdisciplinary team. Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently. Participate in personal and professional growth and development. Qualifications Valid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse License. Maintain a current CPR certification. IV Certification Required. 2+ years of experience working in direct patient care. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in good working order.
