Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth City, NC . This isn’t just a job — you will be helping shape mental health care and positively impact lives throughout Elizabeth City. Your Role In Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: up to $65,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $78,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full-time, exempt position. What We’re Looking For Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. Licenses: LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LCAS (A); Dual licensure preferred.
