BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.

• Location : Croasdaile Village - 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, NC 27705.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, rotating weekends. Days may vary. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement : Must have a few years of prior back of house and supervisory experience.
• Pay Range : $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
