Yard Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable and hands‑on Yard Foreman to oversee daily operations within an outdoor equipment yard in Las Vegas. This individual will lead and support yard activities, ensure equipment and materials are organized and maintained, and supervise a small team to keep operations running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will come from a warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or equipment yard environment and have prior experience in a lead or foreman‑level role. Mechanical aptitude and experience operating heavy equipment are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations of the outdoor equipment yard Manage and direct two‑yard labor employees, including task delegation and oversight Operate forklifts, skid steers, and other yard equipment safely and efficiently Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the yard and storage areas Top off fuel, fluids, and basic maintenance needs for equipment and machinery Coordinate dumpster management and general site housekeeping Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and movement of equipment and materials Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly Support inventory organization and material tracking as needed Promote and enforce safe work practices and company policies Communicate effectively with operations leadership regarding yard needs and priorities Qualifications Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead, Yard Supervisor, or similar leadership role Experience working in warehouses, manufacturing, construction, or equipment yard environments Ability to operate a forklift and skid steer safely and confidently Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsMechanical background or equipment maintenance experience is a strong plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to lift, move, and work around heavy equipment and materials #J-18808-Ljbffr 360X Staffing
