Mobile Technician

We are looking for a mobile technician to service Ford vehicles remotely, we offer a great opportunity to service vehicles as well as provide great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Write up repair orders, look up recalls, follow up on parts orders, track completed repairs and assist Manager.
• Schedule mobile service appointments, call customers and various tasks related to mobile customer service.
• Communicate directly with used car technician and management team to facilitate repairs and maintenance on our lot vehicles.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, Ford Certification a plus but not a necessity
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures and specifications
• Valid FL driver's license and clean driving record
