Mobile Technician
We are looking for a mobile technician to service Ford vehicles remotely, we offer a great opportunity to service vehicles as well as provide great customer service.

Responsibilities
- Write up repair orders, look up recalls, follow up on parts orders, track completed repairs and assist Manager.
- Schedule mobile service appointments, call customers and various tasks related to mobile customer service.
- Communicate directly with used car technician and management team to facilitate repairs and maintenance on our lot vehicles.
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Qualifications
- 2 years of automotive service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, Ford Certification a plus but not a necessity
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures and specifications
- Valid FL driver's license and clean driving record
