Your Role

Identify potential healthcare candidates through our unique platform along with leveraging your networks

Engage with prospective candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest

Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters to ensure thorough interviews

Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and support their path through the hiring process

Keep accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system

Generate income based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires driven by your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based, commission-only position without any cap on your earning potential and the sky as your limit.

You will earn compensation based on actual outcomes produced:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you set up
• Additional payments when interviews take place due to your outreach efforts
• Multiples on commissions for newly generated business
• Bonus commissions for successful placements directly attributed to your efforts
• Further opportunities to earn based on performance metrics (e.g., retention bonuses)
