We're Hiring: High-Energy Training Specialist (Live Facilitation Focus)

If you light up in front of a room, thrive on audience engagement, and know how to keep energy high even when plans change mid-session—this role is built for you.

We're looking for a confident, dynamic Training Specialist who brings presence, personality, and professionalism to every live training session. This is not a behind-the-scenes instructional design role—this is about being in the room, driving engagement, and making learning come alive.

You'll succeed here if you are:

Naturally high-energy and engaging
A strong, polished presenter
Comfortable thinking on your feet in real time
Skilled at connecting across all levels of an organization
Adaptable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
Passionate about live facilitation—not just content creation

What matters most is your ability to hold a room, read the audience, and adjust on the fly while keeping sessions impactful, professional, and engaging.

We are specifically seeking candidates with:

Regular, ongoing experience facilitating live training (not occasional)
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume or high-stakes environments
Strong communication skills and executive presence
A track record of energizing and engaging diverse audiences
