We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support Sales and Commercial hiring. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process , partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and drive the process through offer and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy.
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates.
- Lead recruiting kickoffs and sourcing strategy discussions.
- Track pipeline metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain strong communication and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for Sales/Commercial organizations or GTM .
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to use recruiting data and metrics to manage pipelines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
