Description: The Manager of Content Orchestration & Personalization owns the structural foundation that makes content strategy actionable at scale. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and stewarding the enterprise content taxonomy, metadata schema, and CMS governance framework. The aim is to ensure the content ecosystem is organized, discoverable, and built for personalized delivery at scale. This role builds the enablement layer at the intersection of content strategy and systems design. It ensures every asset is properly classified, mapped to topics, audience segments, and journey stages. The goal is to reach the right customer in the right moment in their journey. Essential Functions: Design, build, and maintain the enterprise content taxonomy within the CMS. Own the content-to-personalization mapping, defining which content assets surface to which audience segments. Serve as the primary point of contact for content requests, owning the intake triage process. Partner with content strategy to ensure personalization requirements and taxonomy considerations are integrated into content briefs. Train and conduct ongoing audits of teams on tagging standards and metadata governance expectations. Partner with IT/Digital Platform on CMS configuration decisions that affect content team workflow. Coordinate with web and SEO leadership to ensure alignment across strategy, governance, and discoverability. Maintain governance documentation, including content type definitions and CMS usage standards. Build a living content inventory mapped to active personalization use cases. Perform other position-appropriate duties as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to translate editorial content strategy into structured content models and governance frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented systems thinker with the ability to understand both structural logic and editorial purpose. Demonstrated ability to build processes, documentation, and governance frameworks in evolving functions. Familiarity with content environments, including accuracy requirements and governance across digital ecosystems is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree or 6+ additional years of relevant experience. Experience: 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Hands-on experience with CMS; background in UX, information architecture, or content design is a plus.
