Job Details Location: Fello Severn - Severn, MD 21144 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School / GED Salary Range: $61,800.00 per year Travel: Greater Chesapeake Area Overview The Corporate Trainer will deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure all Fello employees receive essential compliance and skills-based education. Working within the People & Culture division, this role is responsible for conducting in-person and virtual training sessions across the Greater Chesapeake Region, with a focus on maintaining regulatory compliance for disability service providers and enhancing employee capabilities at all organizational levels. Responsibilities • Conduct adult learning facilitation and curriculum development for diverse learners. • Deliver complex compliance topics—including HIPAA, emergency response, and safety protocols—in accessible, engaging formats. • Assess practical competencies such as CPR, First Aid, and driver safety, and provide constructive feedback. • Track training completion and documentation, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and contribute to organization-wide development initiatives. Qualifications Four or more years of professional training facilitation and curriculum development experience; disability services experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Proficiency in learning management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and various training technologies. Physical ability to travel regionally and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
